Yes!! I understand we all love our little ones dearly, but I am learning first hand that WE ALL NEED MOMMY TIME! Whether it be girl time or mommy and daddy time ... TAKE IT! Often time we forget about ourselves and we need alone time. Reach out to your fellow mommy friends once in a while because we all need encouragement in whatever area is challenging for us while caring for baby. TIP OF THE DAY - BREASTFEEDING

Whether you are a working mom or stay at home mom, you can make breastfeeding work for you! Invest in a pump because overall you are investing in you and your child. Manual pumps are recommended for easy clean up. But I currently own a Ameda double electric and it gets the job done fast! I NEVER use both pumps at the same time so if I had to do it again I would purchase a single electric.
